Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. It must also be in the original packaging. You (purchaser) have to pay the shipping charges of return. Refund amount will be excluding shipping charges both to and from, i.e shipping charges for sending the product to you and also the shipping charges of you returning the product to us, both shipping charges will not be refunded.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. You can Contact us and give the correct Bank Account details or UPI Number to Refund.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact us for more details.

Shipping returns

Exchange / Refund amount will be excluding all shipping charges both to, from and to, i.e shipping charges for sending the product to you originally, also the shipping charges of you returning the product to us and again shipping charges of sending the new product (exchanged product to you)- all shipping charges will not be refunded and You (purchaser) have to pay all these shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
